  • The Australian power standard is 240V, 50Hz.

    Three-pin plug adaptors can be purchased from the Epping Plaza Shopping Centre.

  • Our friendly receptionist staff are able to offer you short-term storage of your belongings should you need. We also have trolleys available for guest use which can be collected from Reception.

  • Should you require any additional bath towels, or bed linen, please contact Reception by dialling 9 on the in-room phone.

  • Photocopying and printing can be done at Reception. Charges apply.

With three distinctive event spaces, we can accommodate up to 500 attendees standing and 360 guests in theatre seating – ideal for your next product launch, seminar or company conference.   • We have an on-site paid carpark. Parking can be pre-booked before your departure through QR codes located in the lobby and reception. Alternatively, you can pay on departure at the boom gate/ Car parking rates are as follows:

  • Our check-out time is 11:00am.

    If you wish to extend beyond this time, please contact Reception. Late check-out is subject to availability and a small fee may apply. 

  • Each of our rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. Should you need these facilities replenished throughout your stay, please contact Reception by dialing 9 on the in-room phone.

  • GYMNASIUM

    Opening hours 6:00am to 10:00pm.

    Appropriate shoes must be worn in the gymnasium at all times. An adult must accompany children under 15 years of age.

    As a courtesy to other guests, please make sure you wipe all equipment with the towels available in the gymnasium.

  • We offer daily housekeeping service to all rooms. Should you not wish to have this service, please hang the provided do not disturb door hanger on the external side of the front door before 8am. For long stay guests, we offer a weekly service.

  • Should you require any ice throughout your stay, our friendly receptionist staff can arrange a bucket of ice. Please contact our friendly team by dialing 9 on the in-room phone.

  • Please note that Mantra Melbourne Epping is a non-smoking hotel. This extends to all rooms, balconies, lobby and common areas including roads and pathways.

  • We are located just over 1km from Pacific Epping which has a large range of shopping amenities available, including Coles and ALDI.
    If you require a taxi, our friendly receptionist will be able to arrange one for you. Please contact Reception by dialing 9 on the in-room phone or pop by the front desk on Ground floor. Uber Eats is also available for delivery of groceries should you need.

  • We strive to make every guest feel welcomed and comfortable when they stay with us. We have available accessible rooms that feature walk-in showers with bench, lower height basins and wall switches.

  • When travelling with children we are able to supply cots, cot sheets and highchairs (fees may apply).

  • Available for all guests Monday to Friday for same day service. Garments must be dropped off to Reception before 8:00am for same day service.
    Any items dropped off after 8:00am will be returned the following day. This service is not available on weekends or public holidays. Cost is varied depending on garment.

  • Here at Mantra Melbourne Epping, we are passionate about reducing our enviromental impact and protecting our planet for years to come.
    Some of the steps we currently take to reduce our footprint include:
    -single use amenities removed from all 214 rooms and replaced with re-fillable bottles
    - single use condiments, such as jam, vegemite etc removed from our buffet breakfast offering
    - water fountain with cold, hot and sparkling water located in the lobby to reduce single use water bottles
    - plastic straws removed from our cafe's and bars

  • To access complimentary high speed WiFi, you need to connect to the Guest@Mantra network (no password required). Note there is no limit on the number of devices you can use.
